PURPLE HURT

A word of advice on coming to a Purple Hurt show:
1. Come prepared to move.
2. Leave all expectations at the door.
3. If you catch Sed’s wig, give it back.
4. If you can’t fight, stay out the pit.
4(cont.). Don’t start no fights in the pit.
Purple Hurt is the genre defying band of your dreams. Formed in the DMV, the band is creating their own lane. The only way to describe their sound is Sacardic, a self defined genre that refuses to be boxed in. With colorful chords performed by Hurtful C on guitar, Intoxicating screams by Sednah on vocals, blood pumping rhythms by Baby Zesus on drums, melancholy melodies from Helmet Gyal on bass, and space altering synths by Ib K. on the keys, Purple Hurt is giving transcendence. They’re giving multi dimensions. They’re giving unapologetic authenticity. They’re giving “come see them live”

CHIBUGUZO
Chibuguzo is an eclectic band of artists from Prince George's County, Maryland who are bound together by their unwavering desire to express themselves openly and honestly while challenging the boundaries of sound, space, and time. Chibuguzo is evolution personified; showing their appreciation for the old and new school while allowing their own individual taste, nuances, and mannerisms to permeate.

TYLISHA HASKINS
Hailing from District Heights, Maryland, (by way of Georgia and New Orleans) Brooklyn born Tylisha Haskins’ music is as unique as his background. He is a rapper from the artist collective Dirty Suburban Kids, known for his inimitable flows over innovative and provocative beats. Tylisha serves as the founder and forerunner of the collective, bringing the best the suburbs has to offer.
